Hari Om
Taking inspiration from the universal mantra Hari Om, Luis Da Silva (Sickfaces) links the process and creation of his paintings with the practice/effects of the mantra. Hari Om seeks to eliminate suffering and negative thoughts to give space for pureness, happiness, positive energy and creativity. With his work the artist conveys the positive energy of Hari Om to the viewer, through visual imagery comprised of colourful geometric shapes and patterns. We showed Luis Artwork for a month at the shop turning the space into an hybrid between retail space and gallery.
