Shipping & Returns


We are willing to ship apparel, accessories and surfboards worldwide, however we can not guarantee that shipping is available to your particular country. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the number of items ordered, the weight of the shipment and the destination. Domestic shipments as well as international shipments within the EU are processed by CTT-Portuguese Postal Service, Chronopost, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Delivery times or special delivery instructions have to be arranged directly with the third party courier service. We are not accountable for any delays incurred during transit with third party couriers. Orders to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes or duties.  

Surfboard shipping rates are depending on length and weight of the surfboard and place of shipping. After you place an order for a surfboard we will contact you via email for further shipping rates and options. 

In case are not happy with your purchase, send the return item(s) within 30 days. Item(s) must be unused and unwashed, with original tags still attached, in original packaging. Refunds are issued in form of store credit. Sale items and surfboards are non-refundable and non exchangeable. 
Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded unless the original item shipped was incorrect. If you would like to return any item please contact us via email.
